Week of August 24th

For this week, watch and exercise along with the video link that is in the P.E. activities tab. Click on Week of August 24th and select video link. Do as many repetitions of each exercise as you can. If you cannot do an exercise PLEASE do not attempt. By Wednesday August 26th, message me or email which exercise was the easiest and which one was the most difficult.
 
Secondly, Download the fitness tracker for your grade level from the top of my welcome page. Submit the tracker or activity log by Friday, August 28th before midnight.
